Banner Hanging:
Please note that RBC Convention Centre needs to be made aware of any banners you wish to hang as soon as possible.  The ceiling design in Hall C also makes hanging banners a bit more complicated and you should be aware that not all will be approved by the venue. Please note your banner must be accompanied by a staff member and brought to the RBC Convention Centre Help Desk located by the North East loading dock directly on the show floor. Please drop off your banner at your scheduled move in time before beginning set up of your display.  Click here for the order form.

Toyota Canada is the exclusive automotive sponsor of the Winnipeg Home + Garden Show.  No vehicles are allowed on the show floor (as part of booth display) without management permission.

ALL FLOOR TAPE USED IN THE EXHIBIT HALLS MUST BE LOWRY'S TAPE MFG.  IT CAN BE PURCHASED DIRECTLY THROUGH CENTRAL DISPLAY.  IF OTHER TAPE IS USED AND RESIDUE IS LEFT ON THE SHOW FLOOR, THE EXHIBITOR WILL BE CHARGED A REMOVAL FEE.

EXHIBITOR BADGES

Exhibitors  are  allocated  the  following  number  of  complimentary  Exhibitor  Badges  for  personnel working at the show.  Please collect your badges at the Show Office during move-in and the Exhibitor Help Desk during show hours. Exhibitor access to the RBC Convention Centre is only available with an Exhibitor Badge and they are required on the floor during show days (not required during move in). 

0-100 square feet

SHOW INSURANCE

Proof of trade show insurance in mandatory for our shows.  Coverage dates must include Move In and Move Out.  Liability requirements are $2,000,000 and we require a copy of your policy sent to Shannon to keep on file before April 10th.

You may also have your insurance provider complete this form and send to Shannon to keep on file.

MOVE IN INFORMATION

Each exhibitor will be given a designated time and loading dock in which to move into the show floor.

The hours for vehicle traffic each day are as follows:

Please note that ANY 53’ trucks require approval in advance.

Dock Access

MOVE OUT INFORMATION

Tear down begins Sunday at 6:15pm. Packing up your display before the show closes is a direct breach of contract and will result in a fine.

Once your booth is completely torn down you must notify the Central Display Service Desk. They will visually confirm and then allow your vehicle access. There is no waiting in line ahead of time, this holds up everyone else and the city tends to ticket vehicles waiting.

There will be a Central Display Service Desk located in the North West corner and South West corner during move out for any questions or service.

South Side exhibitors use South West Service Desk

*Construction waste (e.g. Carpet, wood, bricks, cabinets, etc.) MUST be removed from the venue by the exhibitors. Pack out what you pack in!

Most displays should be out on Sunday. If you have a big display (10x20 or bigger) and would like to come on Monday all displays must be out by 2pm. The loading dock is open from 7:00pm on Sunday until 2:00pm on Monday. Feel free to come during the night – this is the quietest time.

PARKING

The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg currently has two levels of climate controlled underground parking. The parkade is able to accommodate standard passenger vehicles (car, half-ton trucks and vans). Oversized SUVs and other vehicles that exceed parkade height restrictions are invited to use surface parking lots or street parking available throughout the downtown area.
The parkade accepts cash & credit cards for the payment of parking fees (no debit).

We value all of the hard work our exhibitors put in to create their displays and design their spaces and award those who go above and beyond to put their best foot forward.

Things we look for:

• Meeting basic booth standards/expectations – height, signage, flooring, layout, etc 
• Full floor covering (no subfloor, concrete or terracover exposed) and quality of floor covering 
• Hard wall display (not mandatory but helps in the presentation of a professional display)
• Signage and signage quality
• No exposed studs or wiring (inside and outside booth)
• Paint and paint quality – taking the time to edge, tape seams, make the paint job look professional
• Wall quality – no visible damage
• Creativity and thought evident in booth design
