||Any company wishing to hold a prize give-away or contest of any kind at the Show, must complete and submit this form for approval.
ALL FLOOR TAPE USED IN THE EXHIBIT HALLS MUST BE LOWRY'S TAPE MFG. IT CAN BE PURCHASED DIRECTLY THROUGH CENTRAL DISPLAY. IF OTHER TAPE IS USED AND RESIDUE IS LEFT ON THE SHOW FLOOR, THE EXHIBITOR WILL BE CHARGED A REMOVAL FEE.

How to set up your company's exhibitor listing

Exhibitors are allocated the following number of complimentary Exhibitor Badges for personnel working at the show. Please collect your badges at the Show Office during move-in and the Exhibitor Help Desk during show hours. Exhibitor access to the RBC Convention Centre is only available with an Exhibitor Badge and they are required on the floor during show days (not required during move in).
0-100 square feet
5 free badges
150-200 square feet
7 free badges
250 – 300 square feet
9 free badges
350 – 400 square feet
11 free badges
Plus 2 badges for each additional 100 square feet
If you require more than your allocated number of badges listed above, please fill out the following information so we may add badges to your envelope for pick up.

Proof of trade show insurance in mandatory for our shows. Coverage dates must include Move In and Move Out. Liability requirements are $2,000,000 and we require a copy of your policy sent to Zoe
to keep on file before March 31.

MOVE IN INFORMATION
Each exhibitor will be given a designated time and loading dock in which to move into the show floor.

ALL Exhibitors are to report to the North Dock (the original load in dock used in previous shows). Once checked in there, your vehicle will be directed according to size (smaller vehicles may be directed to the South Dock after check in to ease traffic flow). Any trucks over 53 ft need approval from show management.

MOVE OUT INFORMATION
Tear down begins at 6:01 pm. Packing up your display before the show closes is a direct breach of contract and will result in a fine. Once your display is completely torn down and packed up please notify the loading dock staff and they will visually confirm and then allow your vehicle access. There is no waiting in line ahead of time as it holds up everyone else and the City will issue tickets to waiting vehicles.

|No booth is allowed to dismantle or pack up their booth space before 6:01pm.
Vehicle access will not be granted till at least 7pm as we have to roll up the aisle carpets.
|All materials need to be removed from the venue by 2pm on Monday, April 10th
Please note the loading dock is open from 7pm on Sunday until 1pm on Monday. Feel free to come during the night as this is the quietest time. All displays must be out by 2pm on Monday.

Please note that RBC Convention Centre needs to be made aware of any banners you wish to hang as soon as possible and all banners must be hung at the beginning of move in (by end of day Monday, April 3rd). The ceiling design in Hall C also makes hanging banners a bit more complicated and you should be aware that not all will be approved by the venue.

The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg currently has two levels of climate controlled underground parking. The parkade is able to accommodate standard passenger vehicles (car, half-ton trucks and vans). Oversized SUVs and other vehicles that exceed parkade height restrictions are invited to use surface parking lots or street parking available throughout the downtown area.
The parkade accepts cash & credit cards for the payment of parking fees (no debit).
